Our dress is casual, our Bible teaching verse by verse, our worship music contemporary, and our congregation welcoming. Join us throughout the week and call us with your needs and questions.

Calvary Chapel has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only their over emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the Body of Christ. We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His (agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christian.

Pastor John Reed went home to be with Lord on November 11, 2023. He had a broad Christian background being saved at 8,

he grew up in the Baptist and Foursquare church. He surrendered to ministry at 22 and has served 8 churches in California, Texas, and Nevada. His roots included Calvary Chapels in Costa Mesa, Downey, Phelan, and Stockton. He was a people person who taught the Bible verse by verse in a simple, understandable, and practical way.

Interim Pastor Gabe Carlson grew up at Calvary Chapel Truckee where he served as their youth director and on their worship team. Gabe and his wife have a heart for kids. They have come to build both our youth ministry and to lead us into heartfelt worship. Gabe has taken up the mantle of leading our church body as we transition through the passing of Pastor John.

Office Director Rebecca Wronski runs our church office and supports our daily administration.

Nursery Worker Denise Sullivan serves our infants and preschoolers in our nursery.

Media Director Fred Ost edits our media for online and radio programing and oversees our social media platforms.

Kid's Worker Ashton Morales ministers to our children weekly with fun games, social interaction, and Bible studies.
